We walk through your day-to-day with you. Where time is spent, where leads come in, where bottlenecks are. By the end, we know exactly where AI will help — and where it won't.

9:30 – 10:30

Hands-on: the right tools

No slides. We open the tools (ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM, Make, etc.) and work through real tasks from your business with your team. They learn by doing.

10:30 – 11:30

Build workflow #1

Live, with your team in the room: we build the highest-value AI workflow for your business. By the end of this hour, it's running.

11:30 – 12:30

Build workflows #2 and #3

Two more live workflows. Customer-service AI, quote drafts, content automation, lead-qualification — whichever fits your business best.

Policy & safety briefing

A clear, plain-English briefing on AI policy, data handling and GDPR. Your team leaves confident — not anxious — about using AI safely.
